We had a problem with second shower, which took a few days to fix due to the Feria event. As a consequence, Solaga, the management company, fix within a few days and gave my friend a free transport to the airport and stored my cases after I left. I also left a nice bottle of Rioja. The apartment is extremely near the bus station and Malaga Central train station. It had great Aircon and a beautiful balcony with bifold doors. The bedrooms are quite far away from each other, which means if one of you get up early the other one doesn’t have to follow suit. The management company is very responsive generally. It had everything you would want and, given that I attended in the middle of a very busy festival, it’s very quiet.

L’appartement est situé dans un quartier moins touristique que le centre historique mais il y a beaucoup de restaurants et c’est tout près du centre quand-même.

- mettre la table de la salle à manger plus près de la cuisine. Suggestion : pousser le sofa à la place de la table et avancer la table.
Le balcon est bien mais le bruit des restaurants et de l’avenue Colon limitent son utilisation .
- Il manque plusieurs articles dans la cuisine : passoire, couteau économe, grande casserole….

Plenty of bars and restaurants close by, if you can'tdon't wish to walk very far. Would definitely recommend Solaga. They were professional and efficient regarding the booking. They gave us plenty of information anyway, and if we were uncertain about anything they were easily contactable by e-mail and telephone. Will certainly use Solaga again. certainly

Only criticism for this apartment was the pressure in the second shower if using the first, apart from that, we wouldn´t change anything and will definitely use Solaga again.

The only potential pitfalls might be noise due to the proximity of the bar (Spain loves the nightlife) as well as cigarettes smoke tends to come in from the windows. Otherwise a great stay!

As they say it is "newly renovated". We were 2 adult an 2 children with two bedrooms and bathroom make the stay very pleasant. It was a pity not to use the terrace but it was Dece...bekijk meer

It was a pity not to use the terrace but it was December, I am sure in the spring and summer will be a nice place to have dinner. It has all the facilities you can need and added the access to internet. it is really close to the heart of the city lovely walk to Calle Larios. We will try to come back to Malaga on Feria time and take advantage of the terrace.
