Great apartment in a fine refurbished building in a very good location on the edge of the old town. There were comprehensive instructions and excellent support from the Solaga team.

The property is amazing and located in the perfect place. It's safe and makes it easy to get to anyplace in Malaga. The terrace is amazing, and the apartment is just like the pictures. I saw a review saying that the living room was smaller than expected, but it is exactly like the pictures show. This is a great place to stay, and the hosts are very responsive and very easy to work with.

Lovely and very clean! The balcony is large and well furnished. If you are away in the afternoon, it receives full sun, so it is hot, but the awning works well and a cool breeze shows up when the sun goes down. The beds were comfortable, shower worked great, bathroom is equipped with toilet paper, hand/hair soap, and hand wash. The location is perfectly in the middle of everything, with shops, coffee, grocery, restaurants all nearby, but very quiet at night. The washer/dryer worked well (takes a while, typical for a combo machine). The instructions book was spot on, wifi worked well, and communication was rapid and excellent (thank you Steffen and Damian). Stayed here twice during our trip and would book it again. Suggestions: no paper towelsnapkins and 1-2 kitchen towels. If you plan on eating in when you arrive, Carrefour Express is 5 min away for supplies. Also, no coffee is provided, but they have a coffee machine and Bertani Cafe is around the corner.

This place was great. The apartment was extremely clean, modern, and well kept. The balcony provided a great place to hang out and felt very private. The location is perfect, in a quiet area but only a short walk from the main strip and beaches. Our only complaint was that we had some issues with the jacuzzi. Overall, highly recommend!

Our previous favourite was taken off Solaga's portfolio so we had to find a new one for our yearly Malaga break. Solaga's excellent web site makes trawling through their many properties a relatively easy and pleasurable experience so finding a short list of alternatives was straightforward. Apartment Kim was in a slightly different, albeit very familiar location for us and all the better for it. The accommodation is superb, spacious and mostly well equipped with a magnificent terrace that makes Malaga in March all the more enjoyable. The addition of a hot tub was interesting and, while not something we would generally look for, an enjoyable occasional distraction. Unfortunately the distraction arose, initially at least, through the night as well as the hot tub cycled through its maintenance program. Fortunately Solaga were able to provide advice on how to negate this.

Bright and beautiful flat in wonderful central setting with roof terrace right by the market. Local supermarkets and great restaurants surround the flat. Malaga is such fun.

Perfect location, hot tub was amazing! the management was very responsive, and they even arranged for our transportation to the airport as we had a very early flights. Highly recommended!

The location, outside space and decor of the apartment was amazing not to mention the tub which we used to cool down during the hot 🥵 summer days. The communication was seamless with the Solaga team, the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They arranged pick up to and from the airport which was great. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are looking to be close to Malaga centre next like a bit of luxury.

Knowing Malaga, thought this apartment would be smaller but was pleasantly surprised. Great entrance with excellent lift service to forth floor. Nice and spacious with a good mix of contemporary (internal) and traditional (external) fittings and styles. Way too hot to use hot tub. Great SW facing terrace with sun all day, every day. Plenty of room for four adults everywhere.

The apartment is well appointed and very comfortable for a longshort stay. It features two comfortable bedrooms, a kitchen, lounge and dining room and a lovely outdoor space which is perfect for relaxingenjoying a meal outside. It’s situated centrally in Malaga only a short walk to the Atarazanas Markets and the center of town. There are countless dining options and shopping only a short walk away. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in Malaga and the hosts were very helpful, with information and assistance as required.

We never used the jacuzzi but it seems clean and well taken care of. The location was phenomenal. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay in this apartment. Location is superb and close to everything: restaurants, museums, shops, market, beaches. Beds are comfortable. Living room is rather small but the magnificent terrace more than makes up for it. Communication with the Solaga team was excellent, they are very responsive and helpful. The apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, is really beautiful. The location is very central near the famous food market and the old town. It will take a 15 minuts walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the fabulous roof terrace! The commucation went smoothly and Carlos gave us a warm welcome.

The appartment was amazing, the outside space was fabulous and got the sun all day , the kitchen was fitted with all that you needed, bathrooms and bedroom were both beautiful and extremely comfortable, air conditioning perfect in all rooms, Wi-fi great no problems, we loved that it was so close to everything only minute walk to market , bars and shopping, would definitely recommend this fabulous appartment. Also we got the host as a pick up and return to the airport which was great and hassle free, thanks again guys great hosts !!

The apartment was very clean with a superb terrace. We also greatly appreciated the meetings with Teresa Galuppo who welcomed us at our arrival and met us at the end of our stay. She was very professional and useful. We were surprised how quiet the apartment was during the evening even if it is in the centre of the city. Very tastefully decorated and well organized. We loved it!

My family stayed there in July. The communication prior to coming on site was great. The agent was waiting for us when we arrived and the check in process was easy. The apartment was clean and decorated nicely. The terrace is large and We enjoyed evenings sitting outside. Great location close to many restaurants and shops. Also very close to the beach.

Great location and the balcony is big enough to sunbathe and eat. You don’t need a car, everything you need is close by ascare all the sights. The market is 1 minute walk with fresh produce every day. Also plenty of bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk but the area is very quiet at night.

The location is excellent easy walking to harbour, beach, castle, restaurants, old town, cathedral- everywhere, really! The apartment is stylish, comfortable, pristine and well-equipped. Really could not fault it. The staff were excellent, responding very quickly to any queries we had prior to the visit.

Apartment is an excellent base for a sun/city break. Just two of us stayed here but there’s ample room for four adults - with plenty of furniture both inside and outside to relax during the daytimeat the end of a day. Internally it’s modern, comfortable, clean and spacious but as it’s in a traditional setting the outlook and surroundings add lots of charm and character. Centrally situated - it’s a stone’s throw away from the main shops, the market, restaurants and about 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral/Picasso Museum/Ampitheatre so easy to survive without transport. A private taxi transfer booked via Solaga to and from the airport worked very well. The suppport offered by the company was very professional and helpful to ease booking arrangements and the holiday experience. We loved our short winter sun break in this lovely apartment and would definitely recommend it due to the standard of accommodation and it’s location 😊

Fantastic apartment - tucked just behind the central market so very central to shops and all the fantastic Malaga restaurants. Spotlessly clean, very quiet and very well equipped we had a great stay with another couple at apartment Kim. The terrace was great - plenty of room for 4 to enjoy the early spring sunshine and the hot tub was good fun. Would certainly book again. Solaga, as always, were very responsive to my emails and were able to let us into the apartment early and also store our luggage at the end of our stay in their office.

The location was amazing. Right in the heart of Malaga a block from the main market. What an experience. The place itself had every detail tended to. It was clean, comfy beds and superbly decorated in modern, very functional style. The hot tubs were such an added plus...especially in the winter month we stayed. Parking was great too....in the basement of the apartment building. Perfect in all ways.

The apartment is located in the centre of Malaga next to the fantastic central market where you can find the very best of fresh fish/seafood, meat, vegetables, fruitjust enjoy your tapas. We really enjoyed living in the area with wine bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment is fully equipped and nice with a very big terrace + a jacuzzi. The service from Solaga staff is excellent and quick. Our best recommendation to choose KIM .

We spent 9 nights here at 'Kim' in March.we had a great time and the apartment made this trip all the more enjoyable. The team at Solaga are very professional and friendly. Check in and out were really good and punctual. Apartment is in an ideal location in Malaga. Felt very local yet right in the city centre mix. Exterior space is amazing. Great terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. Jacuzzi is an amazing luxury and is pure relaxation. Apartment is spacious, clean, well designed and modern with all modern technology and comfort. Highly recommended.

Great accommodation,high quality,excellent location,fantastic outdoor space with hot tub. Third time we have stayed.Only negative is that they only give one large towel and hand towel each for 5 nights, should get separate set forthe hot tub

An excellent apartment right in the centre of Malaga. Everything you need is in the apartment, great outside space including jacuzzi. It would be a nice touch if a welcome pack of water juice bread etc could be included in the high rental cost. I would also recommend Solaga informed clients about the huge amount of noisy construction and road improvement work going on from 7.30 am daily. This is clearly a long term project which restricted our use of the terrace during these days......

Vi er 2 ældre veninder som har lejet KIM i 1 uge i slut april. Vi har haft et aldeles dejligt ophold, hele lejligheden levede fuldstændig op til vores forventninger. Skal vi sige noget negativt, er det at der bliver taget ca 70 kr extra for bare 2håndklæder, tænker man på lejeprisen, klæder det ikke Solaga, at sætte extra på prisen..beliggenheden er absolut også helt perfekt, og de personalet vi har talt med, har alle været høflige.- vi vil/kan varmt anbefale et ophold i lejligheden KIM Med venlig hilse

We rented a lovely apartment in Malaga which we found on the Solaga website. Our experience with them - from booking - to check-in - to check-out was all handled very professionally and with no problems at all. We would be happy to rent a property through Solaga again and can highly recommended the apartment "KIM", Malaga for its location (close to the market), its high level of finish and the wonderful balcony with hot tub - fond memories!

We have stayed in several properties rented through Solaga in Malaga. We have found the properties to be extremely clean and well equipped. The staff have been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We would not consider using any other agency for rental in this part of Spain and look forward to many more enjoyable visits to this wonderful city.
